TORO-sol R11S
Silicone based release agent
TORO-sol R11S is a silicone based release agent,
with an excellent release effect.
The extra thin film prevents soiling and therefore
extends the intervals between moulds cleaning.

TORO-sol R21:
Silicone free release agent
TORO-sol R21 is a highly efficient non-silicone based
release agent that is suitable for use in all
thermoplastic and thermo set processing (including
 PC) up to a processing temperature of 400°C.

TORO-clean MF: Mould cleaning foam
TORO-clean MF is a highly active cleaning foam,
which dissolves all kinds of contamination. Rejection
costs caused by soiled mould cavities or venting
channels can be substantially reduced.

TORO-sol C31 Mould protector (oil)
TORO-sol C31 provides a highly effective protection
against rust and corrosion. TORO-sol C31 displaces
water, dissolves existing rust and has excellent
lubrication properties.

TORO-sol C33: Mould protector (wax)
TORO-sol C33 forms a complete wax-like protective
film over the surface of moulds and dies. Prevents
surface contamination on start-up from dissolved
deposits between inserts, ejector pins, etc..

TORO-clean MSO: Mould cleaner (solvent based)
TORO-clean MSO is a solvent based extremely high
active cleaning spray, which dissolves all kinds of
contamination. Rejection costs caused by soiled
mould cavities or venting channels can be
substantially reduced.
